“As Michael and I are from 2 different ethnic and religious backgrounds we wanted to choose a place that was special and unique.  We both come from the Chicagoland area and the lakefront has had a very special meaning for my family. I had always dreamed of being married on the 4th of July.  The Odyssey was the perfect place to make the wedding special for us and for those who attended.  It was a day to remember.

What was fantastic was the ability to convert the boat to a perfect place to have an Indian style of wedding.  Although the weather was uncertain in the early morning for an outdoor ceremony, it was perfect for the after wedding cruise. 

As we are a few months into our marriage it is clear that the journey together is an Odyssey.  Ours started on your boat on the Fourth of July 2004. I hope that we will come back for many anniversaries in the future.”
